A ~110,000 SF Publix, CVS, McDonald’s, and YouFit anchored neighborhood shopping center. This property was completely re-done in 2023; we did a tear-down-rebuild and expansion of the Publix building and total renovation of the remaining facades, landscaping, parking areas, lighting etc.
Sunset Strip Plaza, Miami, FL
An ~86,000 SF Presidente Supermarket and Dollar Tree anchored shopping center with Dunkin Donuts and La Brasa outparcels. Other tenants include Salon Centric, Sherwin Williams, and Crafty Crab. Major renovation completed in 2022.
